A little more about me

I'm a creative operations and services leader based in Elkhart, Indiana, with over a decade of experience building teams, scaling systems, and bringing ideas to life inside one of the largest recreational manufacturing organizations in the country. What drives me is pretty simple — I love making things better.

Whether that's a process that's slowing a team down, a brand that needs a clearer voice, or a creative idea that's still just a thought in a room. I get energized by taking something rough and turning it into something real that people can see, feel, and react to.
